These are the Days
of Holiness and Wonder

​After holding many Life by Design retreats, I've been listening to your requests. Give us more time. Let us go deeper. Make your wonderful tools more personal.  In answer to those many requests, I've created a space over 2-days for you to slow down, pull inside, and rediscover the many parts of you that want to come out and play. Creativity, spirituality, purpose, play--let the bells ring.

​The retreat will cover most of the level 1 & 2 tools but centered more on the heart and not the head. I will also be introducing for the first time the basic use of Constellation Work and our connection to the "knowing field." (This has also been your request). 

I am so excited about creating this space of you to come and enter and play. At this moment in time, there may be no other Life by Design one day retreats offered.

The group is limited to 10 (men and women) and you will be invited to spend both days on an interior journey to rediscover all that is special and strong in you and how to fully bloom where you're planted. 

                    Fee:  $150 (includes a light lunch both days) 
                    Cass Lake, MN (directions will be sent later)

Any who have previously attended Life by Design Level 1 receive a $25 discount. This retreat will be a different twist on the familiar tools of Life by Design so you are encouraged to attend again. There will be time for silence, walks, a bit of writing and, of course, great food. We also have limited camper sleeping spaces if you need a place to stay and are willing to chance a cool night.

All of the Life by Design retreats are held in our small straw bale house outside of Cass Lake--cozy and intimate. Lunch is included in the fee but feel free to bring brain-healthy snacks to share.
